Recent years have seen a decrease in childhood infectious diseases overall thanks to paediatric vaccinations. Regular paediatric vaccinations include the measles, mumps, rubella, and smallpox vaccines, as well as shots against hepatitis B, diphtheria, tetanus, and pertussis.
